It is a very real 15,000-square-foot kitchen located in Boston's Seaport district and is home to more than 60 test cooks, editors, and tasting and testing experts.

Kevin Pang served as the Editorial Director of Digital at America's Test Kitchen. A James Beard Award winner and a five-time finalist, Kevin has contributed to The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Esquire, and was a longtime food critic and features writer at the Chicago Tribune. He is the co-director of the critically acclaimed documentary For Grace, which premiered at South by Southwest Film Festival in 2015 and was acquired by Netflix. He lives in Chicago with his wife and son.

Jeffrey Pang is a retired businessman and cooking enthusiast. His YouTube cooking channel became an unexpected hit and was featured in The New York Times Magazine in 2016. He was the co-host of Hunger Pangs for America's Test Kitchen. Jeffrey lives in Seattle with his wife Catherine.
